Consignor Contract

Welcome!  Thank you for choosing us.  We are pleased that you want to become part of our shop!

 

Here's how it works.  When you bring your items in to consign them, we choose what our customers want to buy.  Sometimes there will be items that we cannot sell.  Please understand that our customers' preferences must be our selection guidelines.   You will be asked to take the no-thank-you's home with you or we will donate them to Frugality. 
 
We base prices on supply and demand.  We will get the best price possible for you.  For items that sell for more than $100 you receive 50% of the selling price, less fees. For items that sell for less than $100 you will receive 40% of the selling price, less fees.  To open an account there is a fee of $10 that we take out of your first sale.   Stop in anytime to use your store credit or to pick up your money.  90 days after the sale of the item the money in your account could revert to the property of It's Once 'n Again, Ltd..

 

All items chosen for consignment will have a 90 day consignment period from the date it arrives on the sales floor and will follow our markdown procedure.  Any items previously chosen that are found to be defective or unacceptable after being received will be donated to Frugality. 

 

Any items that you wish to have back must be picked up before the end of your 90 day consignment
period, or they will revert to the property of It's Once ‘n Again, Ltd. to dispose of at our discretion. Due to the number of consignors and volume of inventory on our sales floor, employees of It's Once ‘n Again, Ltd. will not pull your merchandise for you if you choose to pick up your items.  You will receive a list of items unsold from your account that you can use to pull the merchandise from the sales floor and we will mark your account accordingly.

 

We take extreme care with all merchandise, however, It's Once ‘n Again, Ltd. is not responsible for items lost or damaged.
